Our compensation program is designed so you can thrive and achieve financial success while loving what you do. Earnings are made of two components: guaranteed hourly rate and retail bonuses.
Because each team member has a degree of control over their own income, the below table is an average of Gila Rut guest relations annual compensation. Our in-salon business education includes training on natural ways to sell retail, so your income truly is in your hands.

FLEX YOUR SCHEDULE
Part of our teams’ individual success comes from a well-balanced work schedule with flexibility and productivity in mind. We have part- and full-time positions available so you can create custom schedules to optimize your professional and personal life.
Our locations are open seven days a week and closed on major holidays. With our doors open from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. on weekdays and from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. on weekends, you can work on your time, your way.
