Your concentrated, comprehensive education at Gila Rūt Salon begins with your first day of employment in our Foundations Training Program where you receive one on one and group instruction from the creative, skilled and supportive Educational Team. Our salon is specialized, which means you work in the area that your passionate about, either our Haircutting, Technical, Make-up or Guest Relations. Our goal is to empower you to master your craft.
