Color kits must be applied within 2 hours of pickup for maximum effectiveness.
Full color kits only. Sorry, these are not for highlighted hair.
A signed color waiver is required at pickup.
All sales are final.

Luxury Color Consultation: How It Works

1 – Schedule your appointment by emailing your desired location your preferred date and time. ✉ Otay Ranch ✉ Hillcrest |

2 – Our featured colorist will consult with you to determine what color is best for your desired look. We will then mix and package your custom color kit and provide at-home instructions.
Both Locations:
Thursday, Friday, Saturday 11am – 4pm |

3 – Our featured stylist will recommend the best Aveda products to ensure your color lasts and look it’s best. |

4 – Upon departure, you will sign your color waiver and we will process payment. |
Contactless Consultation: How It Works

2 – In the email, let us know which custom color kit you would need to order and pick your preferred pick up day.

3 – You will receive confirmation the morning of your preferred pick up day. You will also receive a phone call:

4 – When you arrive to the pick up your order, call the salon and we will deliver your kit to your car.
