Known as the "educators' educator," Keri Davis has been in the beauty business for 20 years and has trained with Paul Mitchell, Sassoon, and Tigi. As a successful salon owner, she attributes her ability to maintain staff productivity while increasing her client base to a series of hands-on, easy-to-apply systems. Over the past 20 years she has divided her time between extensive travel, teaching seminars, cutting hair, and running her own businesses. As a frequent guest speaker at seminars, hair shows, and training functions, Keri has shared her ideas and concepts with salon owners, educators, and business leaders all over the world.
Her latest endeavor: Aveda Business College. She has been an intricate player in the development and teachings of Benchmarking for Success and the latest program, Rituals for Retention. Her passion for the ‘business side of business’ has made her a sought after speaker.
Gila Rūt Aveda Salon was named one of the "fastest growing salons in America" by "Salon Today" magazine five years running. Along with Keri and her team frequenting local televisions station for their charity work, Gila Rūt Aveda Salons is know for their cutting edge styles in hair, skin and make up. Her salons have also been featured in numerous trade magazines including "Day Spa Magazine," "Salon News," "American Salon" and “Salon Today Magazine”. Keri's humor, warmth, and depth of knowledge have made her a source of industry-wide inspiration.
